Does anyone watch this prog?
They claim that 1 out of 2 British women hate their bodies. This prog explores ways of showing that bigger women can look good naked without the help of surgery. Some of the techniques they talk about are still costly, but with the help of clever styling and wearing clothes that fit their frames right the women look stunning.
I was wondering how many of us actually like the way we look naked?
I hate my body naked. I've now been on a diet for 6 days, but really ought to squeeze in more exercise instead of finding excuses.
So, come on tell me what you think about your body. And we'll conduct the first madmum poll on our body perceptions.

Before i had Taylor, i had no problems with my body and would normally walk around the house nekid.. I went very self concious once i fell pg with him, and it lasted about a year after he popped out. I hated Sie seeing me nekid.
I got my congidence back when we moved to Northampton and i started going to the gym 4 times a week, and my job at the time envolved heavy lifting, so my body was getting a good work out everyday.
When i met Simon, i had no worried about my body.. well, the usual worries when u get nekid for the first time infront of them... the same thing has happened this time when i fell pg with Sophie... i am only just starting to feel confident enough to wear tight tops as i have more of a belly than i did with taylor.. (does this ever go??)
The day has come for my 6 week check today, so once that is all done, im off to the gym again.
So to end a long story... i am happy with my body, especially my "peachy" bum (i would call it fat to be honest) it cussions me if i fall over!!!

Ummm, at the moment no. People will probably say "you look fine", but they havn't seen! I feel confident with my clothes on... even if it's a skirt tbh, but I used to wear lots of tops which showed my belly button ring and midriff like in the summer.... NO WAY WOULD I DO THAT NOW!
I didn't have a toned physique before I had Travis, but I was slim and I liked my body like that. The first time I went to David's for a meal his mum thought I wouldn't finish my bolognaise as I was little. I proved them wrong!
Anyhoo after I had Travis I havn't done any excersize! I feel my thighs are too fat, my belly is still got loose skin. I have stretchmarks too which make me self concious. I like the rest of me! hehe! Except I wish I had a C cup!
I really don't have the time nor the money to go to a gym, but when I move there is a swimming pool next to our house so I'll make a point of going there twice a week!
With being naked infront of DP, I wish I could loose a little weight and tone up. I don't mind being naked in front of him, but if I go to the pool, or some where like that I hate people seeing my big fat thighs. I KEEP MAKING EXCUSES NOT TO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You look fine Lorna and I have seen you in your swimsuit.
I hate the way I look, I know I have quite a bit of weight to lose since having Harry but seem to have lost the incentive to do anything about it(been on loads of diets but to no avail). I have a terrible fabby stomach and having had 2 c sections doesn't seem to have helped. After I had my dd 14 years ago I went straight back to a size 10, after I had ds1 10 years ago the weight crept on a bit but I was still a size 12. After Harry I am now a 16 and hate not being able to find clothes that look nice on me.
So to answer the question I hate my body at the mo, but one day, hopefully I will find the drive and determination to tone up and lose weight and to love the way I look

besides my belly i like my body - my belly is saggy & covered in stretchmarks & beyond repair
iv always loved my bum & i like having big boobs (38DD) although would like them bigger lol
I like my legs from the knee down although i think my thighs r a bit chunky, still im all in proportion
overall i feel quite confident naked in front of my dp but would never wear a bikini. Iv started wearing tight tops again like i used to do b4 i had Ryan. I never liked my tummy then either

Hmm not to sure on that one, had a body hating thing going on for years..mostly down to my stick insect mother who is convinced that being a size 8 at 53 is an achivement.....i reckon it'll be a waste of money on a coffin, but thats just me being horrible. I spend my days running round like a blue bummed fly, haven't quite grasped to concept of just chill out...except when both my monsters are in bed. I do the school run twice a day, which is a good half hour in walking in total for the day...then chasing madam around the house etc, doing several loads of washing per day, so a lot of bending and stretching on that one. I also have a massive dog that no amount of walking ever wears him out. Isla and I take him out for a good 5 miles each day. Shes in her pushchair observing her kingdom and the dogs on an extendable lead cos i wouldn't trust him to come back, also there isn't anywhere to loose him off his lead. I do have a steppy thigh trainer thingy, which does your legs, bum nd tum, i try and go on that a couple of nights a week and i've got one of those air strider things but i have zero co-ordination on it and end up almost killing myself. I've got back into a size 12, which I am happy about. I love my waist cos its diddy, my boobs are well boobs nd do what boobs do best which is get in the way mostly and hurt lots when its period time. I still hate my bum and my legs, I won't get those to shrink but thats due to excessive sport when I was younger...the only way to make them better is to firm them up...i'm working on it. However I have been brave lately and worn a few short skirts, but I don't have much body confidence and no matter how good I feel about myself it only takes one cutting comment from mummy dearest and I want to go get changed into something big and baggy. Ho hum, but overall not to bad

I was very confident with how i looked before having ds1, i was a size 10 and never had a problem with weight etc...
then i had kids and dp has never seen me naked without the big lights switched off since. despite his protests of how sexy etc i am...dont know which part of me he's looking at
I hate how i look, yet i cant get my big behind into gear to do something about it, i got to aqua aerobics twice a week but i dont class that as exercise as its hilarious.

Thank you all for your honesty.
Well, I have chunky thighs that collect cellulite like it's going out of fashion. I have never had lovely legs for all the varicose veins that road map their way across them. So you'll never see me wearing a short skirt or shorts, even in the tropics.
I used to have pert boobs, but all that changed during pregnancy. I went up two cup sizes and now hate the way they hang. And my belly....well, where do I begin with that one! It has never been toned, but was flat pre-pregnancy. Now it just wobbles and looks 'orrible with the over hang.
The only part I liked was my face, but even now I don't have time for make-up. My hair is that awkward in between stage cos I'm growing it again.
My bum is enormous. I would love to have a pert bum, but that is NEVER gonna happen!
Oh, well I'll persevere with Weight Watchers and see what happens. As for my face I really must get the concealer out to hide the handbags under my eyes. If I'm to be honest a whole new body and face overhaul is needed!!!!!!

I absolutely detest my body. Not one part of it do I like. Have flabby arms, droopy boobs, jelly belly, strechmarks from hell, humungus bum and hips, thunder thighs and stupid feet with double jointed toes.
