I started leaking with Ryan at 18 weeks, much to my horror especially cause i wasnt planning breastfeeding

I dont mean a dribble either i mean so much i had to wear breast pads all the time, they didnt stop until he was 12 weeks old

u can buy loads of different creams to stop ur nipples cracking, i found the milk itself worked fine for me just make sure u wear cotton bras

Hi. Yes you can start to produce a little milk even this early on. Its all down to the hormonal changes that are going on in your body.

With cracked and dry nipples, its worth getting a good nipple cream, Lanisnoh is a good one, Boots, Mothercare etc all do that. Start to use that now and the dryness should clear up.

Hi there!

Milk comes in at different times with different people and different pregnancys. Its perfectly normal for you to have some leakage already. Invest in some breast pads if it becomes a problem - you'll need plenty once you've had lo anyway. If your nipples are dry try a cream for them. Lansinoh is the one I'd recommend, its pricey but lasts forever and is fantastic!

Ur not dumb at all - before it happened to me id never even considered that milk could appear before lo

I pressumed ur milk came in while u were in labour so like u i asked the same question & was relieved to find loads of other mums to be started leaking quite early
