On monday, I went to a chiropodist and had my feet attended too with an angle grinder! OK, it was a scaple, but the results are FANTASTIC!!!

My mum treated me (bless her!) but I'm soooo pleased with the results. I asked her about creams and she said that its best to look for one with urea in as this is THE ultimate ingredient for helping hard skin.

So there you go, home this helps!

If ur feet are as bad as u say u can get refered to ur local NHS podiatrist (chiropodist in England) they will look after ur feet for years to come if need b & it wont cost u a penny

Dont ever use a normal body moisturiser on ur feet (same as u wouldnt on ur face) cause it'll make things worse, u hav to use proper feet moisturiser. As already suggested Avon stuff is great & anything with mint is lovely

I hav a 'cheesegrater' for my feet, i dont know the real name for it but its looks like a metal cheesegrater with plastic handle, does wonders after a bath. Can get them from superdrug, works better than a pumice stone if ur got really think hard skin
