I'm sorry, but i have never had anything like this before.
If you really are suffering, which it sounds like you are, I would go back to my docs and explaing it all agian as there is obviously something not right down there.

Hope it gets sorted out soon for you,

Try Almond oil, and may-be see your GP because there is no point being in pain.

I had huge piles after Rachel, I use to take baths, but after 15 weeks it souldn't be causing that much discomfort.

Hope you get better soon,

Martha

I had exactly the same thing after my first was born 4 years ago.  I still suffer now but i did have another baby 2 years ago.

The following might be a bit TMI so be warned.

After having my first i split right from my lady garden right to the back.  After lots of internal stiches and outer ones i was back to 'normal'.  When i was going for a number two it felt like i was passing glass.  I went to the dr and she had a look (ewww) and said i didnt have piles but i had re opened where i had been stiched.  So i had to be re stiched.  I have had to be re-stichd about 6 times and now havent really had a problem for about a year.

The dr gave my some Lactose solution to drink (puke) and some senna tablets (both to help your number twos be a bit softer so hopefully helping).

Try going to the dr and asking for some.

Hope that helps hun.

Love Trudi.  xx

I had a similar thing after my 2nd daughter was born. Apparently, my colon was squashed during the birth and I had developed internal piles. As Trudi said, try something to soften your poo and get some pile cream that is for internal use as well. hth

I had a similar thing to Trudi after my 2nd daughter.  I only had a few stitches at the time of giving birth but they never healed properly and I also had too much scar tissue.  I went in for an operation under general where they cut away the scar tissue and repaired everything down there which cured the problem.  You really need to go and see your doctor and be refered back to your gynaecologist for review.  It's not very pleasant at the time being examined etc but it's worth it in the long run.  Like everyone else says try and keep your stools soft to ease passing of them the doctor can prescribe you stuff for that.  Don't worry about it it's quite common as you can see a few of us have been in the same boat.

I also have Ulcerative Colitis which can make bowel movements uncomfortable when I am really bad I take codiene and paracetamol regularly because I know the pain can be so bad.

Grit your teeth and get your bum to the doctors.....
