Right now I am struggling to get sleep and struggling to do housework and getting out of the house alone is becoming a distant memory.

Anyway one of the few things that keeps my mind of things, either in the afternoon or at 3am when I can't sleep, is a good book. But i've run out of books to read in the house and dont know where to go from here.

I like crime books mainly. I am getting into Michael Connelly so am going to get some of his, I love John Grisham but have exhausted all his books (read most of them 3 times!).

So who do you recommend? Authors or particular books. Doesnt have to be crime based. Anything that will get me hooked I'll give it a go.

Thanks peeps!

Im not a big book reader.. i have only read about 20 books from cover to cover..

I mainly read CSI books, i love them, very well written.. cold burn is the best one so far... and any books written by Thomas Harris (silence of the lambs, hannibal, red dragon, blue monday)

I don't read crime books, but i can highly recommend Marian Keyes, she is a real girly laugh out loud writer, i own every book of hers. My favorite is Angles and Rachel's holiday.  I am also a fan of Tory Hayden the child psychologist and have read a few of her memoirs, Ghost girl being my favorite i only tend to read girly fictions or memoirs
