Ella is a dribbly beast at the moment and has a lovely bit of dribble rash all down her chin. I've been putting Avent Magic cream on, but it doesn't seem to be helping.

Its quite sore and she's helpfully scratching at it now! Any ideas? Can you use Sudocrem on faces?

I found E45 and vasalene - for a cheaper option - worked well.

Love Trudi.  xx

Yes you can and thats what I used for all of my older ones!  So far Fred hasn't had much dribble rash, although he did at the start! and I even used it for his heat rash too.  So YES YES YES!  It helps heal the rash and provides a water resistant barrier to prevent it getting worse

Vaseline is really good at preventing it too, Fran dribbles in her sleep and it makes the corners of her mouth sore and her chin so she puts it on before bed.  I also used Sudocrem on Ols and Bepanthen.
