I am happy that you are feeling more like your old self again but as you say you need to discuss coming off the tablets with the doc and I know you will

Hi hun.

Its soo good that you are feeling better and its good you wanna come off them.  My dr told me i would feel good and as if i was better quite soon but thats just the drugs doing their job and i would still need a good 6 month course at least.  She told me that lots of people feel real good real soon and feel like they dont need the tablets but still do for a while.

Hmmmmm not sure on that one matey.  Sounds like they are doing the biz and have got your levels back to how they should be...but it could be a bit early to come off them yet.  Go see your doc and get them to reduce your dosage from 20mg to 10mg, try it that way for a month and see how you get on with a lower dosage.  If you go cold turkey and just come off them you'll be back to square one...go with a lower dosage..try it and then come off them.

You'll be fine, theres no shame in it, everyone has been there at some stage.  Dont be in such a rush to come off them banana head.  Thats me done my nagging bit...right then bird catch u later, love ya!!

Lol look you lot I'm still trying to get to grips with this texting malarky!!  Leave me alone!

Anyways, my doctor's appt got cancelled cos she's ill, apparently.  So there you go, doctors do get ill too.  So they've prov booked me in for wed morning, but couldn't hear the time cos Max picked up the other phone and jabbered away to her instead!

All in all none the better or wiser, but still have my sense of humour...just.

Having a bad day, but have taken anti-d in the hope that mood will lighten up abit.  Feel dizzy and a tad nauseous after our walk this morning.
