i noticed a spotty rash appearing on my baby's back over the last few days. its like little white heat lumps with red blotches. he's been a bit run down, got a dry cough and a blocked nose and bright red cheeks. i done the tumbler test to be on the safe side, but that was clear. it doesn't seem to be bothering him. just was wondering if anyone knows wat it is. i've just put it down to a normal baby rash.

It might be a viral rash especially if he has been poorly like you say recently.  Or it might be a bit of heat rash.  If you are worried at all it's always worth getting it checked by the dr.
