Hi all

well the hosp phoned this am, and Ambers 'procedure' as they call it is scheduled for the 18th October. Pre op nasties to be done on the 12th Oct

So its all systems go from there, how on earth we will get to that point is beyond me, let alone thru the actual day.

From then on we will know if its been fairly routine or an open surgery thing that I cant imagine how we will cope

Not feeling too good atm, but must stay strong for my brave princess, who seems fairly okay about it all, for now, but we wont tell her till nearer the time bless her

Hang in there mate, will be thinking of you all. Shes a tough cookie....must get it from her mum!

I'll join u with the pacing up and down thing on the day..i know its only my living room ill be doing it in, but at least you'll have a bit of company.

Sharon, we'll all be thinking of you! Amber is a strong lass and you will all get through this together!

Has Jen managed to get hold of you via phone internet? I know she is keen to catch up with you, shall I give you her mobile number?

I know it seems so far away, but it will arrive babe, and then you can all start to put it behind you. We are all here if you need a rant, cry, giggle or scream!

Aww Sharon, you are doing well! It's hard enough looking after such a big family without all the added stress you've got at the moment. At least you now have a date so once it's been and gone you can get back to some sort of routine! And you'll know more then. Love and hugs xxxxxx
