I give my DD an omega 3 supliment as she doesn't like fish that much. Apparently, you need to give them for 12 weeks to build up the levels of omega 3 so its worth sticking with them

Equazen did a study on improving concentration levels in children, and I think it said that it could take 6 months.

Personally, I'd stick with it - but thats just my opinion!

i used to give my 6 year old son the liquid omega 3, it tastes of orange and he loved taking it, i was only giving him 1 big spoonful per day in the morning, and i did see an improvement but for some reason i stopped giving him it...hmm think it may have been when my post natal depression set in actually.

anyway, i still have it in the cupboard so im gonna start him on it again, he likes his "strong" medicine!..bless

My son has orange flavoured capsuals, one in the morning and one at nite. He doesn't mind taking them. Im willing to try anything to improve his concentration. Thanks.
