I don't believe that I had pnd after my daughter was born I felt totally fine but was wondering could it affect you way after my dd is 6months old now and I'm feeling down is it just regular blues or could it be pnd any thoughts?

Sorry to hear you're down.  In answer to your question, yes pnd can affect you long after the birth of your child.

Hope you seek some medical advice about your feelings.  It won't do you any harm to talk to someone.
