I thought this was quite a good article directed at Grandparents so that they can help the daughter or daughter-in-law breastfeed and it might also dispell some old wives tales.

It's really good.  As we all know we are vulnerable when we have a baby, especially our first and it's at this time we look to our close families, especially mums and aunties for advice.  Unfortunately this advice although well meant can be wrong.  Hey, my mum breastfed me but she was still saying things like " oh it's 20 mins each side every 4 hours!"  It's a wonder I survived!  lol!
