I would like some ideas on how to quit smoking!!! I have been eating healthy, taking omega-3 for brain and eye health of my baby as well as my prenatals, dont drink so the next thing is smoking. so if any one can help me i would greatly appreciate it. I have cut down since I found out I was pregnet but would love to quit for my and the health and saftey of my child

i know some who smoked throughout -not that thats what you want to hear!

i had a friend who used patches

I stopped through both mine and didn't use any patches etc just went cold turkey!!

Its hard but I just kept thinking of the wee baby in my tummy surrounded in smoke!!

Sounds harsh but its true

Good luck with it as I understand how difficult it can be
