I know how hard it is when you stop feeding. I had a miscarriage on the 13th Dec and my milk dry up literally overnight. I was still feeding Ollie 4 times a day he is 21 months old. As soon as there was no milk he wasn't intersted. Then to add insult to injury my milk came back a week later but Ollie hasn't been interested at all. It won't make any difference to your relationship with your son he still knows who his Mummy is and still needs you just as much. I fed my daughter for 3 years and wanted to continue feeding Ollie but to be honest he is fine and that is what is important.
