Oh my word!! It all begins in march....i'm excited, nervous, petrified, excited.....the list goes on......total mixed emotions!! Went for blood tests today...they may as well just leave the needle in permanently for the amount of my blood they now own!! I've booked in for counselling too...might aswell go for the full shabang!! Anyone else had IVF? I don't know a great deal about it at the moment...we have to go to a slide show evening in feb to take us through the procedure and give us more info. You'll all be very proud of me....i said to DH that it will be very stressful with all the injections, the emotions etc....so we've booked a week in Barbados just before the treatment to help us (me!) relax!!!I can see the benefits of IVF already!! Anyway take care everyone. Mwah!!

Good luck with everything, hope it all goes really well. Haven't been through it myself, although I went through fertility testing as I've had chemotherapy when I was 13, and was told that I probably couldn't conceive naturally, and possible faced egg donation as my only option.  Luckily they were wrong, and I caught with Ben first time! I'm sure Barbados will take your mind off all the needles, it would me!

oooh how exciting!!  you must be thrilled, am loving the Barbados plan!!

My friend went thru IVF a few years ago - I had to do quite a few of her injections as her DP worked away and she couldn't do it herself...it got easier every time..we had to practice on oranges!

Good luck, xxx
