Thanks DM think I will try the Aptamil just in case.  I don't know a lot about formula milk as it's 16yrs since I used it and Hayley had Soya milk.  Fran was bf and has never had cows milk to this date and she's nearly 13yrs old (no she isn't still breastfed ).

He might not even need any milk whilst I am at work as I am hoping to feed him before I leave in the morning, then I come home at midday for lunch and feed him, then finish work at 5pm.  I just don't want to think of him being hungry whilst I am working.  He is on solids too and will now drink from a cup and from a bottle for Keith.  I managed to get some Nuk teats that he will use.  Fran used to have Pur teats but you don't seem to be able to get them in this country anymore.

Will have to think about hiring a double pump as money is a little tight at the moment.  I am going on a breastfeeding support course next week so will see what is available in this area if anything.

Hi MumSam. Sorry to hear you've been feeling stressed over expressing. I'm sure the looming date for returning to work isn't helping when you need to relax to express! When are you going back? I'm starting back 2 weeks today!

I hope the support group will be able to help you. I wish I had finished with my pump a bit sooner so I could lend it to you, but I'm still using it three times a day. (I was due to go down to twice a day today but my supply hasn't reduced enough yet!)
Let us know how you get on!

Aww busy thanks your great.

I have just under 4wks until I return full time.  Feel a little less stressed about it at the moment thanks to you and DM being so supportive.  Ollie will be just over 6mnths old when I go back to work and I am going to continue to feed him for as long as possible.  He's in quite a good routine during the day now just need to try and crack this night time or I will be a walking zombie at work.

One thing this year is starting to teach me is what will be will be and no amount of planning can change that.
