Well, I'm not a mum, nor am I planning to be in the near future .... but I am a bit mad!

Was collared by FunChick as I am a physiotherapist with an interest in Women's Health, and have designed quite a few leaflets on SPD/Back Pain etc. I'm also about to start a pelvic floor class and continence clinic in my private practice.

Won't say much more because I want to grab one of the admin's first ... if you're there please poke me in PM or on msn - rvchee@essex.ac.uk - before saying anything else!!!!

Are you any good at massages?!

My two rascals are Max aged 3 and Tom aged 22 months.

I'm a single mum who works full-time so any tips on relaxing will be greatly received!

Hello and welcome.

I'm Emma and i am mummy to Jamie-leigh and Ashleigh.

I have had a triple pelvic osteotomy.

I still get alot of pain but they are saying its through my mucsles.

So any advice would be great. xxxxx
