Well I found out that the reason my monitor is tinged yellow! Aparently my onitor is dying. Why is it when you buy a pc package from anywhere they insure your hard drive but not you monitor? I've just looked in pcworld and it's gonna cost me 100 to replace it! Fair enough, I can cope with that, not easily and atm I will borrow ds1's monitor, but what gets me is I backed everything up from my computer and rebooted it, now I can't get my modem working! And to find software (as for some unknown reason it won't pay any attention to the disc) it has to connect to the internet! HOW???????
If it's not one thing it's another. Now we have to hope we can get broadband, and get ourselves sorted with that first, so for the next little while I will be on mil's laptop again! Thank God she hates it, or I'd be lost!
