hi everyone. im claire mum to ben aged 14 months. he was born at 26 weeks and weighed 1lb4oz now only 14lb. If anyone can offer ideas on how to build him up it would be most apreciated. found out about this site form bounty

Hi claire, unless the health visitor or someone important like that says hes too small, he should be fine. Hes got to catch up with himself if you see what I mean. Hes not gona be like a 14month old who was born at term.

hi hun, i'm not sure about your situation but he will catch up soon, sounds like he's doing really well already. my 20 month dd is only 18lbs and she was born on time. welcome to madmums
