Hi
I'm Kina, I'm 24 and from Devon. I have a wonderful DH (don't tell him I said that!) and a gorgeous little girl who I am totally besotted with called Ella Grace. She was born on Boxing Day at 2.02am. Ella and I managed to get over the first troublesome few weeks breastfeeding and are now really enjoying ourselves. So much so that I am trying to 'spread the word'. Of course my family now think I am a crusading hippy and can't believe I am organising a big feed at our local family inn, rofl. Am the proverbial black sheep
I am a sahm so spend my days trying to keep Ella smiling.

Hi, welcome to MM's. I am still breastfeeding my son who is 13mnths old now. I breastfed my daughter for 3yrs and all my family think I am some sort of odd person too (they are probably correct but don't tell them that!). I have 3 children, Hayley aged 17yrs, Fran aged 13yrs and Ollie aged 13mnths.

Hi there and welcome. I stopped breastfeeding my year old son a month ago. He weaned himself off for which I was pleased as I didnt want to force him to stop. I am all for raising awareness so I will help in anyway I can.
I am Maddy and a mad mummy to Edward who is one. I live in cambridgeshire with him and my fiance Tony.
Right must go and give the little monkey his breakfast - chat soon I hope!

Thank you for all your hellos, it's nice to meet some new mums :o) In my area of Devon we don't have much going on, so I meet most people over the net. Am hoping that by trying to organise something that it will help me meet more mums locally and get them interested in trying to start something up.
Re my monstrous boobies - unfortunately not :o( I thought that they wouldn't start to shrink until DD stopped feeding, but they are gradually get smaller and smaller - boo!!

Boobie. I manage to breastfeed both my kids till around the 6 week mark and that was enough lol. I just found it really painful and my boobies are still huge lol.
Anyway i have 2 kids. Rachel is 4 years old (05/01/02). I know how you feel having a baby during the festive season as she was due on chrstmas day lol. Jack is just 2 years old (03/05/04).
I live in North Wales and have been married since 05/11/05 and we have just moved house.
