Below are some instructions that should help if you are experiencing Cookie problems when trying to login to Madmums. Most Cookie problems occur with Internet Explorer, usually following the instructions below should solve the problem, another thing to ensure is that when you enter the site you use the the URL http://www.madmums.com not http://madmums.com

If anyone is still experiencing problems then please either post here (you can do this without registering) or send me an email via the quick contact form at the bottom of column 1.

From the control panel double click Internet Options

Login or Register to view images

From the window that pops up click the "Delete Cookies" and then once that is done also click "Delete Files.." * note this could take some time depending on how often you have done it and the speed of your PC.

Login or Register to view images

Then while you have this window open click the "Security" tab at the top

Login or Register to view images

Then click the "Trusted Sites" icon to highlight it and click the "Sites.." button just below.

A new window will appear

Login or Register to view images

In the top field of this window type http://www.madmums.com and then click the "Add" button, this will then appear in the list below Web sites:

Click "OK" and this window will close and you will be back at the other window, still with this window now click the "Privacy" tab at the top.

Login or Register to view images

Then click the "Sites.." button, once again another window will appear.

Login or Register to view images

Type in http://www.madmums.com in the top field and click the "Allow" button do not click the "Block" button for obvious reasons.

madmums.com should then appear in the list below with Always Allow next to it.

Click OK and close this window, then click "Apply" on the original window which should close it.
