You need to click the link that was sent to you in the original welcoming email when you first joined the site.

If you did not receive the email then please do two things, check firstly that you have the correct email address set within your profile (no typos) if you have, then please check you emails accounts junk/spam folder to ensure the email has not been junked as spam. You can resend another email to yourself by clicking the 'Resend Validation Email' button that appears in the welcome user box, which is where the picture of your avatar is, front page of the site, top right hand column.

We restrict access to members that have not verified there email address, so it is important that you provide a working email address within your registration.

Glad you found it, did you mark it as not Junk so next time you get an email from the site it is not junked?
