my mum phoned me to tell me that a man who i know and lives in our village had a massive heart attack last night and died.

the man was only 40yrs old and he has 2 little boys who are 3 and 2.

That is terrible news, my thoughts and love are with the children.

It really affects me as Richard is 52 and I dread to think of anything like that happening.  xxx

Same here beckiy - Tony (my df) was 57 on Sunday. He does a regular video diary on the computer so Edward will remember him should anything happen. But we stay possitive, he's a healthy bloke.

Thats really sad news, I feel so much for his family. My thoughts are with them.

Aww thats awful.

You can't imagine what it must be like unless you've been through it or something similar yourself.

My thoughts are with the family. xxx
