Hiya Girls,

Just to let you know i went to view my new house today.
We still dont get the keys to it until the 30th, as there's a few minor bits and bobs that need doing, but im much more at ease now i've finally seen inside.
The decoration is in dire need of an up-date (i think the lady was in her late 80's!!) and it will take at least a week to clean it from top to bottom.. but it has plenty of potential to be a lovely family home.. including best of all, 3 decent sized bedrooms, much bigger than i had thought.

I got home, and out came the Argos, Ikea etc books and im happily cutting and sticking my interior design idea's down on paper now! lol
(I'm so sad)

Getting really excited about moving now, most non-essentials are packed away so not much left to do apart from wait.

wow glad you like it hope it goes well when you get the keys hun

oh and ive just had my hall , living/dining room , stairs snd landing painted magnolia ooh and my downstairs toilet was done magnolia a while back (but thats got a big green flower painted on it now)  lol x

I live with magnolia right the way through grrr lol I added a lot of colour in accessories to the rooms to try and brighten it up hehe

Glad the house is almost ready, and Im sure you'll make it a home in no time xxx

lol i too have magnolia but am decorating with posters (quicker to change) and photo's and pictures.

I'm glad you like the house hun it must be so exciting seeing all the space and potential....be warned though it soon fills up lol
