Becky, I know how hard it is to receive news like this, but there is a lot they can do to help fertility. There are drug treatments to increase the amount of eggs produced. You could also have IVF, PCOS means that the womb is working as it should, so if they could take eggs from you you could have them reimplanted.
Try and stay positive, and just because there is cysts on both ovaries doesnt mean that some eggs aren't getting through and that you could still conceive naturally.
I didnt want to look up anything on PCOS when I was diagnosed because I was worried about the scare monger sites that make it sound far worse than it can be. There are some ladies on here who will dramatically put your mind at ease about conceiving.
When are you seeing the gynaecologist next? Im sure s/he will be able to explain further how much the cysts will effect you and what can be done to help. Thinking of you babe xxxx
