Aw hun! Hang in there! To be honest my periods haven't been the same since I had Ben. Part of this is due to early menopause from my chemo, but some months I'm late (6 weeks is the longest!) and some times I'm early. This last time I've had 2 in the space of 6 weeks!!! Grrr!

Your luteal phase can vary by 2 days in either direction so your cycles aren't irregular.  It took me 1 month of trying to conceive my first daughter and then 4yrs to conceive my second.  It took 6 months to conceive my son.  3mnths to concieve my next pregnany that ended in mmc, 3 months to concieve my triplets that ended in mc.  We have now been trying again for 4 months and nothing.  It takes time and patience.  Lots of things can affect your cycle including stressing about ttc, try and make sure you know when you are fertile and try every other night over that time period.

That would be lovely Anna.  I always find that once I get over the initial disapointment of af arriving it then makes me positive for the next month as we can start trying again.  I find the 2ww frustrating and annoying as you are in limbo and can't do anything other than wait which I am not good at....

Have you ever tried these ovulation kits, they are usually next to the pregnancy kits in good chemist shops.

I tried these although I didn't get pregnant on them, but they do teach you to be aware of when you are ovulating.

I thought these kits were expensive, but they teached me alot & I only bought 2 kits. I didn't need them in the end, because I got to know when I was ovulating by looking at my own body signs at the same time. A book on how to get pregnant from the library helped too! Good Luck!
