hi everyone i recently came off my pill injection in january and have yet to have a period, my partner and i are hoping to try for a bubs but as i havent had a period we have no idea how to go about it?? any advice wil be appricated

My periods took about a year to return after stopping the injection but i was on it for a few years though.

The injection can take a while to leave your system so its very hard to tell - I think my periods returned in around 4 months but I had other side effects for over a year.

I would recommend talking it through with your GP as they will have a better idea and will also know you are TTC.

i know it can take a while to get pregnant after coming off the injection depending on how long you have been on it,talk to your gp about the best way to go,good luck xxx

It can take a long time for your body to adjust after coming off the pill injection. My doctor adviced me it could take anything up to a year for my periods to return, so that seems to be the 'norm' advice.

Hope it doesn't take too long, and that you get a BFP really soon xxx

It took me 18 months to get everything back to some sort of order after I came off the pill, before I conceived my 4th. I had been on the injection for about 8 yrs. Good luck.
