Just thought i'd quickly pop on before we go im so so nerous my stomach hurts i want to cry oh god i havent got there yet ! Really hope it goes better than it did before i weighed myself this morning and im 85.0kg (13st 3lb) and tjat makes my bmi 33.89 not the 30 they wanted so im not sure how that will go down but not long to find out ....oh im a wreak !

You have done really well and im sure that they will see that you are trying really hard, dont panic try and think positive. How much was your bmi before and how much weight have you lost?
