Well ladies im back with little good news -Firstly we get there at 9:30am intime for our appt at 10am to see that our dr was 35mins behind ok no problem but 5 to 11 we get called in only to have to wait a further 10ish mins in another waiting room so at 5/10 past 11 we go in the room to be greeted by a young dr who then says oh im so and so filling in your dr is not intoday (ok you thnk whats going on lol ?)

So she looks at my weight and bmi to then say ok well you need to loose more at least another 10kg before i can refer you .....refer me for what ? .....IVF or ICSI....Oh ok is that our only options ....yes because you ovulate .....so i asked how do they know i ovulate EVERY month just from ONE test ? well we dont but we could do more when you've lost more weight . However on a good note she is putting me forward for getting my tubes checked (which she thought i'd already had done ) oh and the last woman never put a thing on my notes about my pcos !! so off im sent again with no further help she said to come back in 3 months but they are full so its had to be 5 instead i guess they tell alot of peeps their fat hey ! so thats i how i got on got upset in there but i feel abit better now x

Aw Becky. How frustrating for you both. Sorry you didn't get better news, although I'm glad they're getting round to checking your tubes - hope that happens quickly. I'm sorry - I don't know anything about these processes - just want to let you know I'm thinking about you. Don't give up,doll - I know you'll lose more weight no bother at all - you've done brilliantly up until now. Keep going...every pound you lose is another step nearer.

I'm sorry it didn't go as well as expected, to be fair you have lost a lot of weight and that BMI is great! Only slightly off! Fingers crossed they get your tubes examined, and in the meantime keep your chin up, you are nearly there!

Oh gosh I am sorry. BUT you are getting closer. I know loosing weight is hard but you will get there and it wouldn't suprise me if you fall with out any interventions. It happened to me..when I was told i would have a 0 percent chance of falling naturally.

By loosing all this weight and getting yourself strong and your body healthy, you have already increased your own fertility. Don't loose heart...you will get there.

Awww hunny big hug, you must have gone in there all worried and confused and come out slightly squashed.

I just want to add your weight loss has been really good, you are doing really well and in the next 3/5mths you can probably loose alot more (i always find it easier to loose weight in spring as it's getting warmer and salads don't seems as bizzare, urm i mean you don't need as much warm winter foods inside).

They are starting you off with tube testing and this will give them a platform to go from there. You have started the climb up the long mountain, you started it ages ago by deciding to fall at the starting block and loose weight, you've now reached the next platform or bend in the road...... you can do this hun we're here for you.

Hope the appointment comes though soon. Take care hun..... there is a silver lining in all my waffle and there is at the top of the mountain! lol
