Hi. I just wanted to say that I'm sorry to hear that you're ttc and had a miscarriage. Just want you to know that we're all hear to give you whatever help/advice/support we can.
My daughter took 9 months to conceive, and it felt like it was never going to happen. Something I found really usefull was an ovulation chart. You take your temperature every morning as soon as you wake, and plot it on a chart. When you ovulate, your temp goes up slightly and stays up for 2 days. As you plot your temperature, you begin to see a real patten forming to get an idea of how your body works.
As you find out when you ovulate, you and your husband can try to have sex on those days to increase your chance of conception. I've found an article about it here if you are interested.
I found that I only ovulated every other month - and had I not conceived when I did, my doctor would have used this information in helping me on the next step.
Just thought I'd mention it. It really helped me as it took my mind off the pressure of trying for a baby.
Good luck!
