hey everyone!

i just came across a brilliant idea on kellymom.com. i dont know why i didnt think of it before actually! what you do is get moulds to make ice lollys and fill them with expressed breastmilk! then you can give your babies lollys to cool them down. fantastic cos they are nice and sweet for them, without any sugar! also brilliant if your LO isnt weaned yet and wants to be more involved at meal times, solid breastmilk!

i thought that a whole lolly mould would be too much for ashton, so i bought 2 nuk soothers that come with a little protective shield. i just filled the shield with breastmilk and put the soother in it and put it in the freezer. its the perfect size. i just thought i would let you all know about this gem of an idea!

lots of luv sarah + ashton xxx
