I even made a list of questions to ask on here when I was reading!!! LOL!

Anyway, does anyone give their lo snacks in between meals? Again, the book (which I should of course ignore!) says that you should start to introduce snacks to los diet. I was thinking of things like fruit pieces and rice cakes, not pringles and mars bars!

Ella has started to be grumpier than usual mid morning and mid afternoon. I've tried giving her a drink - she doesn't want to know. Some of it is her fighting sleep, but I'm wondereing whether she could be hungry.

Does anyone else give snacks in between meals?

Incidentally, my dislexic fingers kept typing snakes instead of snacks!!!

Yup Ryan has breakfast around 11-12 then a finger food snack (rusk or toast)around 2-3 then his dinner at 6pm. I dont do it cause i think hes hungry, more 2 get him used 2 feeding himself, he does waste quite a bit thats why i wouldnt give finger foods in place of 1 of his meals

But again not everyday.
