Does anyone know what level of salt in food classes as a low salt food?

I would never add salt to Ella's food but I know that some foods have salt in them, like bread etc. My HV suggested putting philadelphia cheese spread in a sandwhich for Ella, which I did and she loved. The pack says it has 0.4g of sodium, equiv to 1g of salt per 100g. So would this class as low enough for a baby?

Hurrah!!!! Thanks Sam!!!

Its just something thats really important to me as although she's v young, there is a history of high blood pressure in our family and I want to make sure that I do my bit from the start.

I'm not sure where I stand with my own blood pressure at the mo, but I am very much aware of it and also of the fact that I'm overweight. When I get these hormones of mine undercontrol, I really do need to sort myself out!!!
