i mistook a bunch of plantains for bananas, and we've never tried them before-doh!!

brett says you have to cook them before eating them, but i wouldn't know how.  i welcome any advice and recipe ideas!!!

i want to know if plantain (when prepared and cooked properly) can be given to a 8 month old.

now im going to hang my head in shame for not knowing this already.
