Ella about manages it.... She has a banana or apple mid morning, one of the frutapura fruit pots for pudding at dinner time, then veg with her tea. She also has bits of cucumber or carrot with her lunch.

My youngest neph won't eat veg, so my sis blends carrot and broccoli down and mixes it with juice - and he drinks it! You can now buy vegetable juice as a drink in the shops.

I think mine do.

They usually eat at least one banana and/or some grapes.  So that's the fruit.  Then for dinner lunch they'll have pots and at least 2 other veg.

Last night I made a stir fry with leftover cauliflower, broccoli, onions, celery and garlic.  The boys loved it.

You can also slice up some raw veggies and make some dips for them.

I make my own fishcakes and add finely diced veggies into the mixture.

I'm quite lucky as fruit is Lily's favourite - she'd only eat that given half the chance!!

Shes not so keen on the veg but eats some of what I give her

Yes and no with Fred!  He still doesn't like finger foods much, but if your struggling with that make a fruit salad, with loads of different fruit!  The other thing I do is make cottage pie, potatoes carrots and swede mashed together, is 3, and if you put muchroom and onion in the mince there's another 2 and just for luck( and cos it stretches it between more people I also add sweetcorn to the mince as well), so there is 5 in that plus whatever in the fruit salad.  But I am not overly concerned about giving him his 5 a day so long as he gets a balanced diet, the other thing is pure juice, can be given as we would drink it, or if you want to you could add water to dilute (it doesn't need water) and you could give him orange in the morning, and apple in the afternoon, thats 2 portions just in juice!

Ryan definately doesnt - im starting 2 really worry about his appetite although he still seems 2 b thriving

He'll hav cereal in the morning - usually cornflakes with apricot yoghurt

Lunch he has wotever im having generally & theres rarely veg in that

& Dinner he has a baby jar - i guess most of them hav at least 1 veg in

He'll take a sip of Juice if im lucky but i dont think any of that even counts as 1 or 2 portions a day
