I've been on my anti-d's for just over a month now and I'm starting to think they're not right for me.  I was started on a low dose and after 2 weeks it was doubled.  A few days later I started feeling much better about myself but that was short lived.  I feel like I'm back to square one and they dont seem to be helping at all.  I'm also having some not so god side effects from them.  The main one is I'm sweating like crazy.  I dont mean a bit but enough that I have to change my bedclothes and bedding in the middle of the night because I'm soaked and now it's started during the day if I do anything remotely energetic.  As well as that I'm always hungry and have a terrible sweet tooth.  I'm trying to ignor it but it's really difficult and I can already feel the weight starting to go back on me.

I'm on exactly the same medication as I was on after havng Aimee but this time I'm having all these side effects where I didn't back then.  I'm also finding myself drifting and going dizzy sometimes though I'm putting that down to dehydration where I'm sweating so much even though I have increased my fluid intake.

I do have a review with the doctor tomorrow (the decent doctor) so I'm hoping he will look at changing my medication.  I'm just worried a change of pills will set me back further and I cant afford for that to happen.

Hun try not to worry, you may go backwards but in a positive light it might not be so bad. By this i mean that even though your changing brand etc and you'll have to wait for them to get into your system, you should feel a bit better when the current side effects start to fade.

It's swings and round abouts hun. Medication can be fine but once you've gotten used to them things can change and your body can become hostile.

Good luck with the decent quack tomorrow xxx hugs xxx
