I've just finished reading this book and I have to say, it was fantastic.

Its an account of Brooke Shields experience of post natal depression and its extreemly honest and compelling. When I was reading it, it was astonishing how she wrote exactly how I was feeling. Its very encouraging to read her story and see that she did make a full recovery despite her initial resistance to medication etc.

I would thoroughly recommend this book to anyone - not just those with PND as it is a compelling true story.
