The hv has just phoned and told me my appointment to see the doctor for my pnd is at 9.30am on Wednesday.

Scared now lol but as Hazy said i have done the hard bit now by acctually talking about it to the hv in the first place.  Ta hun.

aww, i hope all goes well with your appointment sweets, and you and your Dr can work out a way of helping you to 'deal' (sorry may not be the best choice of words) with your pnd.
