My ideal weight is 8st 6. I was always around 8st 6 from when I left school and I was happy at that weight. Since all the problems with my SPD I have been between 9st 6 and 9st 8 and nothing I do will shift it. I havent been on a diet but DH and I have been watching what we eat. I weighed myself this morning and I am 9st 3! I was so chuffed, I am finally getting there. After my next lot of injections I am going to start aqua aerobics so I can lose the rest. I can even fit into some of my old jeans.

I've had a pants couple of days and this has really given me a boost!

That sounds fab hun. x Well done on loosing weight, i'm very heavy compaired to you.... i know i'm watching what i eat but it's not really going very fast but i'm hoping that mean it'll stay off.
