As you know, I've decided to come off the Depo injection, however,I have been having a few funny symptoms over the last couple of days.

Firstly all of my ligaments and tendons have slackened off and secondly, Im peeing for England!!  My last sexual encounter was approx 10 weeks ago.

Ive never had a period since having Lewis so I wouldnt have a clue when my LMP was .

I know it is possible to get pregnant whilst on Depo, do you think I have reason to be concerned, or is it all in my head??

Thanks for listening xxxx

Its possible the only way to know for sure would be to test, put your mind at rest, your more than likely not but reading another thread the other day its surprising how many pill babies there are just on here so im sure depo isnt 100% reliable

Good luck i hope you get the result you want

xxx

I had the depo and got pg with ds, thats another reason for not having after ds but whilst figuring out the right contraception i got pg with dd, now we are waiting for the more permanent option, in the mean time its the mini pilll for me.

They did say its highly unlikely to get pg on the depo, they think my injection dates must have got mixed up for it to happen to me.

I would say if you ar not sure test - and talk to the doctor as well becuase i'm not sure if the hormones the depo puts in your system affect the test reading or not.

Hun

Hugs you must be confused.... If i was you i'd do a test for peace of mind but also mention it when you go and see your gp regarding your decision to come off the depo.

I will say i know you've had a few falls lately and the cold weather affects my ligaments, makes them ache more and feel looser.... it might be you becoming more aware of your body again.... waiting for the dreaded af...... (and if it is af waiting to make an apperance liaments might become looser before and during af period due to the hormone levels naturally increasing.... something you'd not be aware of as much previously)

hope you get answers either way hun..... Hugs x
