Ok I have lost nearly a stone and a half in weight this year - I am now a 8st 5oz - the lightest I can ever remember ever being.

Some of it was lost through exersize and sheer hard work - the other half was lost by morphine side effects of no appitite.

Anyway I have always suffered with a slight double chin - esspecially in photos where it always shows up. It hasnt gone since the weight loss and its driving me nuts.

So how do I get rid of it?? Ideas please?

I have no idea other than resorting to plastic surgery

Maybe some facial exercises might help?

This will sound really silly but it helped mine.

Push your bottom jaw out and up (so your bottom teeth are over your top teeth) and hold it there for a few seconds, let go and then repeat up to 10 times.

You will look a complete idiot doing it but it does help a bit.

Well done on your weight loss, that is excellent. I am aiming for around the 8 and 1/2 stone mark so I only have another stone to go.

I'm not sure if this actually works, but i have heard somewhere if you rub from the bottom of your neck upwards to your chin, that it helps to break up and dispearse the stubborn fat deposits there!
Obviously you'll have to do it quite a bit, but im always just sitting here doing it (idle hands and force of habit lol), and so far i have no double chin!
Its probably an old wives tale, but was worth a mention hehehe.
