Ouch Lauren! Maybe an internal pile? Poor you. Think you should probably get it checked, unfortunately.

Hun i had similar to this but put it down to medication..... you might have normal movements but had a rougher one a few weeks ago.... it's likely that you might have a fissure... as other movements will then aggrivate it.

I'd recommend going to the docs as any unexpected bleeding should be looked into. Yes you will probably be poked but they can prescribe special creams etc

Give them a bell hun and get it checked.

It sounds very similar to what I have. It could be either internal piles which are easily treated with suppositories or a fissure. Have you been constipated at all ?

no i havent been constipated as such but i read that when pregnant your metabolism slows down to ensure all nutrients and such are passed to baby and think it has made my poos a bit toughter....???xx

Pregnant women do tend to get piles more often than not im affriad.
It does sound like it could be that, i've had them a couple of times whilst pg, described the symptoms to my doc, and he didnt need to do an examination.. so just make an appointment to speak to yours and you should just be prescribed something to help.
You cant carry on in pain like this when you go to the loo.. like many people have said before, im sure your doc has seen/heard a lot more embarrassing!
Its best to get it sorted sooner rather than later too, just incase it gets any worse.
