i feel like i'm on a tight coil ready to explode at any minute, and i'm not sure how to handle it.  in fact, i'm not handling it very well as i went off at dh yesterday for no good reason, then ended up bursting into tears.  the thing is, my time of the month is normally uneventful, but this time round i had really bad cramps which i never get and my moods are volatile.  it's not fair on my family, and i don't like feeling like this.  on top this i feel really tired, and my period is usually heavy so i won't feel fine until monday as i'm 'on' for a week.  gawd, sorry for the boring post with tmi in it!

I have been bad recently too! In fact I have posted about it every month recently! Dont apologise for the post.

I saw my gp and he said, eat little and often - dont know why but apparently very good. Also Evening Primrose Oil and Vitamin B12 are fab!

Are you on the pill? I used to be fine while on the pill but I got a really bad period once every 6 months to make up for it! Then all would be ok again.

Dont worry about it, you'll be back to your old happy self soon. Its a womens perogitive to behave like that occassionally - although I agree it isnt fun!

I love my pmt!  It's the only time I get to rant and scream and don't get any hassle off the kids! lol  If mommy says do something in that week, it gets done, just for an easy life! lol

Hope your feeling back to normal soon though Zoe, I know what it's like when your not used to it! I had 9 yrs of the injection, and a year without monthlys afterwards, and dh said when i was coming on! bless him!  He's got a very good memory!
