Hey

Do any of you go to pilates sessions??

I have just been watching a program about losing baby fat and regaining you old body, but being more sleek and toned.. im really interested in trying it but i havent got a clue what it is

I am already a member of a gym, but i dont really want to lift weights anymore as my knee's and back have suffered a lot with this pg and i dont think they would be ok under the strain.

Babe Ive heard of pilates but not exactly sure what a class is like. I have heard it is good for toning and reshaping the body though, Zoe did a couple of classes earlier in the year Im sure she'll be able to help. I love body combat for body toning it really attacks each area and you dont feel like your working out (well not till the next day hehe) Hope someone can help you with the pilates and good luck babe xxx

Yep, I've done Pilates.

It's a body toning exercise, not a fat reducing one.  Pilates involves lots of stretching exercises. It's a bit lile Yoga, but easier.
