Just thought I'd tell you that my Counsellor and I agree that I no longer need counselling.
I'm officially NORMAL!
I've got a month until I have my 'ending' session, which is just a chat to make sure everything in my mind is hunky dory and I can cope with everyday stresses without hitting rock bottom like before. I'm so happy about this.
Then from there the next step will be weaning myself off the happy pills. Things are starting to look up.

I would ask for a second opinion , seriously though I am pleased that things are feeling better and you had a chance to talk everything through with someone. Take it slowly and you will get there don't expect to come off of the tablets too fast and just see how it goes. Well Done.

Fantastic news hunny! Glad that chapter of your life is over and you can get on with things! Go slow coming off the tablets, or you may make things worse, but I'm sure you will! Well done!

Thats great hun, you've come a long way. Dont rush coming off the pills, take each day as it comes and see how you feel. You're on the right road now but you have to make sure you stay on it.
