I am not doing very well on my anti-dee meds, not sleeping, can't switch off to go to sleep. Phoned the GP and he was lovely. He's prescribed me a mild sedative which should hopefully stop my churning thoughts about nothing all night and let me finally get some sleep.

I hope your tablets help to you settle down and have some decent sleep soon. This might sound really silly, but do you have a bedtime routine, like a relaxing hot bath, warm milky drink, then some light reading to help you to turn off and relax? Its good for wound up adults as well as kids you know lol x-x-x
