I am going to definately ask for some one to one counselling.
I have a lot of issues within me that I need to get out and deal with, thenhopefully put them to rest forever. I know it will be a painful process but with wonderful mates like all of you, I'll get there for sure.

Awww hun congratulations.....knowing and realising you need help even if it's an impartial ear where there's no guilt at off loading as they get paid to listen. Good luck hun and i hope things and words are formed easier than you think/realise.

Wishing you all the love and luck you need to get over these bad times, and to progress into much more happier ones! I'm sure it probably will be quite a testing, emotional time for you.. but you'll come out the other side a stronger person for doing it, and we will be here to back you all the way hun. x-x-x
