I have been concerned for a while my depression is returning and I spoke to my doctor about it before I went away who told me to return as soon as I got back from holiday to discuss how I was feeling.

Well the holiday did help a bit and I managed to keep my feelings in check most days but I was far from perfect. I have been home less than a week and I feel like my life is falling apart.

I am nervous, extremely snappy and emotional, crying at the drop of a hat, tired all the time and not sleeping properly.

I have made an appointment for next week with my gp to get put back on sertraline and also ask about councelling. I feel better knowing I am heading in the right direction but I just need to start to feel normal again.

Awww Madz, I'm so sorry this is happening for you. I am getting better slowly. Some days I want to sit and cry for no reason at all so I know I'm not better yet, but I will get there I know I will.
