I can't bloomin believe it!!  It's midnight and I'm wide awake....!  On my doctor's advice, I have reduced my dosage of Sertraline to half a tablet a day and I have been doing this for a week now - I have been feeling fine, even feeling less tired than I have been and I was only telling my DH how well I thought I was doing...

well now I can't bloomin sleep!  I don't feel tired at all and I have been on my feet all day with the kids - I'm normally asleep by 10.30pm at the absolute latest so I cannot believe I'm wide awake now!!

I've had to come downstairs as I was distrubing DH but I've got tingling/pins and needles sensations in my arms and legs and I felt totally weird lying in bed like I had restless legs (well restless whole body) -

did anyone else feel like this when they stopped these tablets, and if so, when did it stop?  I have surfed the net and scared myself to death about all kinds of side effects...

I don't feel low, panicky, anxious or anything (yet?)..just really wired up...!  I swear to god I could bake a cake or something

Hi I gradually came off these tablets about a month ago. I had only been on them 3 months. I experienced really strange sensations as I came off them. As you mentioned very restless but also a feeling of being zonked out and not with it. Dizzy spells as well and not being able to get a good nights sleep. It took about 2 weeks for everything to settle down and now I am fine. Take care and hopefully these side effects won't last too long. xxxxxx

I was only on them for a few days but I didn't sleep when I stopped them, felt teary and had fidgety legs as well. It wore off after about 3 days but I wasn't on them that long in the first place.
