Awww Annemarie, I really feel for you hun. It is a shock when you are told you have depression. If these tablets make you feel queezy, go back. Sometimes it can be trial and error to find the right anti-dee for you.

I went to group counselling for nearly 3 years and although I still have horrible days, I have found a few reasons why it happened to me.

I also keep a diary which I used to write in on a daily basis. Just noted done anything I was feeling even if it didn't make sense.

We are all here for you, take care, xxx.

Your post isn't boring!

I have also suffered with depression it's not nice and can take a long time to get over.  We're all here if you need to talk, you will find a special sub category too for pnd and depression, there are a lot of us that suffer.  Your not on your own.

You are not alone. I suffered from depression for years and still have my off days but they are much less frequent now. We are all here for you. It is great that you have been refered for councelling as all too often now people are given anti d's alone to help and my personal belief is that you need both.

Good luck!

I know others have said it, but I'll chip in too! You're not on your own at all, and if there is anything any of us can do, please do let us know.

I have pnd currently, and have a history of depression. I've found the support on here fantastic and it has really helped me through some very hard times.

Take care, and please do post how you're feeling if it helps - its not boring I promise you.

You are definitely not alone! It's so good that you've been to the docs
and discussed how you'r feeling- this is the start of your road to
recovery- well done.
